Standard advised shipping times are 2-4 working days.  Please be aware that peak times and public holidays my effect shipping. 

 

Our Return & Exchange Policy
At Lengths Of Luxury Hair, we understand that sometimes preferences may change.  That's why we offer a straightforward return and exchange policy to guarantee your confidence in shopping with us.  This can be done within 7 days at the customer's cost where the hair is still as new with all tags and ties in place and packaging is undamaged with the backing card still enclosed.  Please do not attempt to remove and replace ties and tags as this will void your warranty and will revoke your right to a refund/exchange.

 

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase or feel it is not as described, our dedicated customer support team are here to assist you throughout the process.  Please email us within 7 days at lengthsofluxuryhair@gmailcom with a thorough explanation of the issue, photo evidence of any unsatisfactory or damaged purchases.  Please include your contact details and your preferred method to resolve your issue.
